BUYERS REGISTRATION FORM

1.     GENERAL INFORMATION

The Dominican Annual Tourism Exchange, DATE, was created to provide a professionally organized business exchange where wholesalers, travel agents and tour operators can meet and conduct business with Dominican Republic’s leading tourism suppliers.

DATE 2020 will be held this summer 2020 Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana Dominican Republic. 

The participating companies are members of The Hotel and Tourism Association of the Dominican Republic, ASONAHORES or a regional association. 

I. PRELIMINARY SCHEDUELE OF EVENTS

Day 1  

Stands assembly and credentials claiming. Convention Center, Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana.

6:00PM DATE 2020 opening cocktail at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana.

Day 2

9:15AM-10AM Global Trends in Adventure Tourism. Ecotourism conference by Gabriella Stowell, Latin America & Caribbean Regional Director of ATTA. Training room, Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana Convention Center. 

10:00AM – 2:00PM Transfer to Fam trip Grupo Puntacana. Prior registration is required.

10:00AM – 4:30PM Press conferences. Fillmore Hall, Convention Center Hard Rock Hotel & Casino. 

3:00PM – 6:00PM Business meetings in Fillmore Hall, Hard Rock Hotel Convention Center & Punta Cana Casino.

8:00 PM Transfer from Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana to Dreams Macao Beach Punta Cana Hotel. 

8:00PM – 10:00PM Cocktail at Dreams Macao Beach Punta Cana Hotel.

10:00 PM Transfer from Dreams Macao Beach Punta Cana Hotel- Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana.

Day 3

9:00 AM- 5 PM Credentials claiming. Foyer Fillmore Hall, Convention Center Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana. 

9:30AM-1PM     Innovation + Tourism Talk Rep. Dom. Training room, Convention Center Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana - Prior registration is required.

9:00AM – 6:00PM Business meetings at Fillmore Hall, Convention Center Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana.

9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Artisan Exhibition Convention Center- Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana.

12:35PM – 2:35PM Lunch at Hotel Restaurants.

8:00 PM Transfer from Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana to Adventure Party Night. 

8:30PM – 10:00PM Adventure Party Night

10:00 PM Transfer to Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana. 

II).     PRICING AND REGISTRATION

To participate, must complete the registration form and proceed with the payment by credit card, of the amount of Two Hundred Fifty US Dollars (US $ 250.00), or its conversion equivalent to Dominican pesos, taxes included, by delegate.

It includes credentials for identification, a copy of the Official Directory of Participants by company, access to the DATE appointment platform and assistance to officially scheduled functions.

The participation of each company and its delegates will be formalized, once the payment by ASONAHORES is received and confirmed.

The deadline for registration and payment is 30 days before the event, so that your company has a presence in the list of participants that will be placed in the official Directory of the event.

This amount does NOT include expenses of stay, nor food nor drinks outside the official agenda of the event, to which you will have access with the provided bracelet at the time of the credentials claiming at the Convention Center of the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana.

The transportation service to and from the Punta Cana International Airport to the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana will be provided for all BUYERS, during the days of the event.

III) PARTICIPATION OPTIONS

1 PAGE IN THE EVENT DIRECTORY -US $ 295.00 taxes included-

1,000 copies. Page size 8x8 inches.

VIDEO PROJECTION IN EVENT SCREENS -US $ 177.00 taxes included-

Exposure to more than 1,500 people during the 3 days of the event. Video 45 seconds, without sound.

OUTDOOR BILLBOARD ADVERTISING -US $ 590.00 taxes included-

To be placed at the entrance of the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana, during the 3 days of the event. Size 10x20ft.

IV). APPOINTMENTS SCHEDUELE

All delegates will have access to the appointment system. Each delegate will have the flexibility to modify their respective agenda, as appropriate, at any time prior to the last day of the event.

V). REGISTRATION CANCELLATION

Cancellations received before 14 days prior the event contemplate the total refund of registration fees, less US $ 50 for cancellation fees. Cancellations received after the deadline of 14 days do not apply for refunds.
